Our refreshed VIP Program is designed to celebrate your loyalty with meaningful benefits, exclusive experiences, and personalized aromatherapy journeys.

Three Tiers (Lavender, Rosemary, and Neroli), One Journey

1. Membership is complimentary and available to individuals aged 18 or older who accept the Terms & Conditions.
2. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment or tier upgrade; tiers are reviewed annually based on qualifying expenditure. Failure to meet the current tier’s spending requirement will result in a tier downgrade.
3. Tiers:
   Lavender: granted automatically upon enrolment, offering a 5% discount
   Rosemary: achieved with HKD 8,000 spent within 12 months, providing a 10% discount
   Rose: attained by spending HKD 15,000 within 12 months, offering a 15% discount
   
   Tier status remains effective until the membership cycle concludes.
