Shipping costs in Cart

1. Shipping is exclusively available within Hong Kong.
2. Orders of HK$500 or more qualify for free shipping when the delivery address is in “Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.”
3. A flat shipping fee of HK$50 applies for addresses in “Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.”
4. For deliveries to “outlying islands,” shipping costs are zero, with a note stating “Shipping costs to be collected by SF Express.”
5. Complimentary shipping is available within Hong Kong (excluding outlying islands) for online purchases exceeding HK$500.
6. Customers are responsible for shipping charges to outlying islands, which will be collected directly by SF Express.
7. We aim to deliver products within 7 business days and will notify customers if there are any delays.
8. All sales are final, and products are non-refundable.
9. Products cannot be exchanged once opened, used, or damaged. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days via WhatsApp or email
